A Vin Mousseux de Qualité, this bottle fermented Rosé is made from the classic Loire Valley varietals; notably Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fruity and complex - and great value. The wine obtains its brilliant pink colour by an extended period of pressing in the pneumatic grape press. The juice then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being put in bottlesto form its bubbles through the 'Méthode Traditionnelle'. It is aged for a minimum of 9 monthsto ensure that the lees impart maximum aroma and finesse to the wine.
