Cherries, spice, perfume of thyme and lavender. Medium-bodied, savoury and slightly tart cherry in flavour profile, some dried herb and floral perfume, smooth-ish suede-like tannin, and an earthy sort of finish of decent length. It’s a little friskier than some vintages, but goes all right.
