Made in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in the province of Treviso in Veneto in north-east Italy, it is made to strict regulations. This attention to detail shows in the delicious flavour profile, with pronounced aromas of acacia flowers, apple, lemon and grapefruit. On the palate it is dry, with a lightweight body.
