17.5+/20 POINTS: Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
92 POINTS: Cameron Douglas MS
The wine emanates a ripe fruit bouquet, suggestive of pears, yellow-fleshed peaches and fresh raw figs. These same flavours flow through into the palate where the wine has impressive fruit concentration and depth. A steely backbone complements its off-dry finish and provides a tingling minerality which helps draw out the lingering after-taste.
"Ripe, fleshy, fruity and varietal bouquet. Flavours of spicy pear and peach, some lemon and tart apple. A touch of white pepper and ginger spice along with honeysuckle and quince bring depth and complexity. Acidity and alcohol bring contrast and texture to the core of fruit. Balanced and well made with a fresh youthful finish." - Cameron Douglas MS
