Aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels of second and third use, to impart some woody characters but not make it dominant. It presents a delicate bouquet of raspberries, strawberries, violets and a hint of coconut. The palate has a sweet entry with medium body. This wine shows best when allowed to breathe
