This gin is a standard distilled classic-style dry gin...but then pineapples, which have been peeled and covered in sugar, are then roasted over a flame until the sugar and natural pineapple sugars have caramelized. The two are combined. The result? The height of decadence and avarice that needs to be tasted to be believed.
Perfect served over ice, or with ginger beer and a wedge of lime.
