Argentinian Bonarda (known as Charbono in the US) is a fruit driven and medium bodied wine. Notes of black cherry and licorice on the palate lead to a juicy and peppery finish complemented by fine grained tannins.
Dark red with ruby highlights. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, licorice pastille and herbs show good lift. At once supple and juicy, with the herbal element lifting the dark fruit flavors in the mouth. Slightly peppery and lean.
